We are pleased to announce that you can now log into CaterTrax using your AHS credentials! This allows you to login using the same credentials you are already using for many other AHS applications for a seamless, more secure login experience. Simply look for “Atlantic Health Account? Click Here” located below the SIGN IN button. Once you select “Click Here,” you will be prompted to enter your AHS login credentials and complete Multi-factor authentication.
While you can still leverage your current Catertrax login credentials, this current login method will be phased out in the coming months. That is why it is important to familiarize yourself with the new AHS login method now before the change is made.

We pride ourselves on our ability to meet any need with style and creativity, assuring the success of your event.
This system has been created to make ordering your food and beverage requirements as easy as possible. We want to ensure that we are providing you with the very best options for you to select from, so please let us know if there is something you do not see in our order guide. We will be happy to assist you at any time with placing your food and beverage orders. Simply call the catering sales office and an event planner will walk you through the online process.

Important Reminders
CATERING
Catering hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday only. No weekend services available. Please see the Policies Page for further information.
PLEASE NOTE – the catering services and/or supplies are for functions that support clinical or business activities. Orders must be submitted 72 hours prior to event date. Please see the Policies Page to confirm event eligibility.
PLEASE NOTE: Any order above $250.00 will require approval from the director of the ordering department and will need to complete and sign the Catering Approval Agreement Form. Orders above $500.00 will require both Director and Administrative approval. The Form must be submitted to OMCFoodandNutrition@atlantichealth.org.
FLOOR STOCK
Floor Stock Delivery Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week PLEASE NOTE- Orders must be submitted by 12pm the day prior to delivery date. Orders can be duplicated and submitted in advance.
